Vejo offers free standard shipping (4-8 business days) for orders of $150 USD or more shipping within the US. 

Orders typically leave our warehouse within 2-3 business days.  After that, most packages take 4-8 business days to get to their destination.  

    At the moment, Vejo does not offer an expedited shipping service.  However, we plan on introducing this in the near future.

      Return Policy

      Vejo offers a 30-day return policy from the delivery date for a Vejo device. Beverage dispensing pods are not eligible for return or exchange. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges. To arrange for the return of a Vejo device, please contact our Customer Service at +1.888.476.3634 or by email at support@vejo.com. No returns will be accepted without a return authorization number.

      Your account will be credited within 30 days of receipt of the item at our warehouse and will be applied to the original form of payment. Please include a copy of your receipt or invoice in the package. We recommend using a traceable method of shipping to ensure and track delivery.


      Warranty Terms

      Vejo, Inc. warrants that your Vejo device will be free of defects in materials or workmanship under normal use for one year from the date of purchase. Please register your Vejo device on the Vejo App. Vejo will replace a defective Vejo device without charge following its receipt of proof of the date of purchase. The replacement Vejo device may be new or reconditioned. A new limited one year warranty will apply to the replacement Vejo device. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by jurisdiction. Any damage to or malfunction of your Vejo device resulting from the use of non-Vejo pods may not be covered by this warranty.

      What is not covered by Vejo Warranty

      THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES SUCH AS PROPERTY DAMAGE AND DOES NOT COVER INCIDENTAL COSTS AND EXPENSES RESULTING FROM ANY BREACH OF THIS WARRANTY, EVEN IF FORESEEABLE. Warranty does not cover damage caused by improper cleaning, submerging in water/dishwasher, and does not apply to scratches, stains, discoloration or any damage to external or internal surfaces that does not impair the functional utility of the device. Some states or provinces do not allow the exclusion or limitations of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you depending on the jurisdiction of purchase. Nor does this warranty cover damages caused by use of non-Vejo pods or external causes such as abuse or misuse. THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IS IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTY, WHETHER WRITTEN OR ORAL. IN ADDITION, VEJO HEREBY SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES WITH RESPECT TO YOUR VEJO DEVICE, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Some jurisdictions do not allow disclaimers of such implied warranties or limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you depending on jurisdiction of purchase.
